New inspirations pay homage to the vibrant colours of the earth and the sea


Montreal — For its Spring/Summer 2016 collection, Everyday Sunday provides women with a mosaic of designs and colours inspired by the earth and the sea’s abundance of beauty. Renowned for its clever multiway garments, the swimwear and leisurewear brand launches its third collection as it boosts its presence in boutiques across Canada and the United States.

In paying tribute to the female form in its many guises, the Spring/Summer 2016 season offers a trip around the world, notably to India, Spain and Mexico – places rife with history that are at once vibrant and inspiring. The terra cotta prints from the Free Spirit collection evoke images of pink clay, while Spanish ceramics are at the heart of the Lolita and Granada collections. For their part, the swimsuits of the Natural Glow collection recall coppery sand, a mineral wealth also embodied in certain gold and bronze accessories that enhance the glow of materials. The mystical spirit and translucent nature of crystals blend with the multifaceted print of the Diamonds collection, while an elaborate print prompting impressions of the deep sea and coral reefs finds its way into the Everyday Vibe collection.

Sparkling in the sunshine, precious stones have seduced for millennia. The Everyday Sunday creative team wanted to share the stones’ appeal and virtues by offering a new design: the chakra bikini, which incorporates onyx and eye-of-the-tiger in two swimsuits. These garments were tailored to light up one’s inner beauty thanks to the power of those mighty gems.

Celebrating the return of black while offering new colours and variations on bikini tops, the popular multiway one-piece can be worn up to five different ways. This signature Everyday Sunday swimsuit elegantly accentuates one’s femininity thanks to a subtle fold in the fabric.

“As our product evolves, we never lose track of our values and creative vision: to favour and prioritize comfort, relaxation and affordability, all the while setting ourselves apart with our swimsuits’ multiway designs and second skin sensation,” comments Nathalie Nasri, cofounder of the brand.

Everyday Sunday clothes are distributed on its website and in over 100 points of sale across Canada, the United States and certain online retailers.
